How Does this Work?

We have VIP Processors that know how to prep and price your items! Know that your items will be handled with care! Once you fill out the VIP Consignor Application, you will be contacted by a processor to schedule a time for picking up your items. Your processor will prep, tag, enter, and deliver your items to the event for you! Spots are limited and go quickly

How Do I sign-up?

Under the Consign Tab, click on the Consignor Services! There you will find where to click to get on our list! It's super easy...like clicking the Easy Button!

How Do I Pick Up My Check?

All consignors will receive their checks via e-mail! No need to come to pick up day, unless you are picking up unsold items. When you receive your e-check via e-mail, you can print your check on regular printer paper and take it to the bank to cash or deposit!

How Do I Get My Pre-Sale Shopping Pass?

You will receive the passes via e-mail at least two weeks before the event begins.

What Do I Do About Items That Don't Sell?

You must pick up any unsold items (if they are not marked for donation) during Consignor Pick Up times immediately following the event.

The VIP Processor will NOT be responsible for returning unsold items. If you do not pick up unsold items during the designated pick-up times, items will be donated promptly at the end of the last pick-up time on that day.

Acceptable Items

We love baby gear, toys, books, maternity items, movies, etc! Car Seats MUST BE VERY CLEAN! If the seat has stains, food, dirt, etc., we will not accept it.

All clothes and shoes need to be Spring/Summer only. All clothing must be seasonally appropriate, less than 2-3 years old, and freshly washed (please make sure clothing is free of pet hair as well).

We will still jeans and long-sleeve shirts/jackets for the spring event. We will NOT be accepting Halloween, Thanksgiving, or Christmas outfits; Winter sweaters and coats, winter boots.

Clothing needs to be clean and odor free. If items have been in long term storage, please go through them and make sure they are current and clean. No stains, holes or excessive wear.

If you have outfits, please fold them together so your VIP Processor will know what goes together. Any items that require batteries to work must have working batteries and items must have all parts. PLEASE UNDERSTAND: If you provide items that do not meet the Rhea Lana's standards (clothing with stains, holes excessive wear, dirty shoes, out-of-season items, items that do not work, or items we do not accept) your VIP processor will immediately donate them and they will NOT be returned to you. No exceptions! Processors simply do not have the storage space or the capacity to return things to you.

How Do I Deliver Items to Processor?

Once assigned to a processor, you will receive a text or e-mail to set your drop-off time! Whatever containers you choose to deliver your items to the VIP Processor in will NOT be returned. Please use boxes or bags to deliver your items.

Are there Any Item Limits?

There is a Maternity Clothing Limit of 20 hanging items. Junior's Items must be name-brand junior's clothing. We will NOT accept women's clothing. We will not accept breast pumps unless they are Elvie or Willow brands. We will not accept comforters or bedding sets. We will still accept twin and crib sheets ONLY. There is a 300 item limit per consignor number. If you have more than 300 items to consign, bundle like items (clothing must be the same size to be bundled) or you can register for a second consignor number to enter more items.

We Cannot Accept the Following Items

Recalled items
Any battery-operated toys, swings or bouncers, etc. that do not function.
VHS Tapes
Used Underwear
Stuffed animals (unless they are Build-a-Bear or character items)
Any items that are stained, torn or overly worn
Items with missing buttons, broken zippers or lost parts
Bags of loose toys unless theme oriented (i.e. bags of all army toys, Barbie toys, all cars and trucks, etc.)
Breast pumps (except Willow and Elvie Pumps)
Used bottle nipples/used pacifiers
Bedding (This includes sheets larger than twin size, all comforters and crib bumpers)
