You may enter 300 items per consignor number. We encourage you to bring your best items so that you sell a high percentage of your things. If you have more than 300 items to enter, bundle like items (clothing must be the same size to be bundled together) or register for a second consignor number to enter more items. **There is a limit of 20 maternity clothing items per consignor number.**
We love printing barcode labels for our consignors free of charge. You can sign up to have these mailed to you (visit Consignor Links tab) or come to one of our Early Barcode Pick-Up Days. Early Barcode Label Pick-Up Days will be announced one month prior to the event. All consignors are REQUIRED to come to drop-off with their items PRE-LABELED.
For our Spring/Summer EVENT: We will NOT accept Winter Coats, heavy sweaters, winter boots, corduroy, or Halloween/Thanksgiving/Christmas outfits. We WILL still accept lightweight jackets and long sleeve shirts, as well as jeans. For our Fall/Winter Event: We will NOT accept swim suits, tank tops, Easter dresses, 4th of July outfits, flip flops, or white sandals. We WILL still accept shorts and short sleeve shirts. We accept clothing sizes newborn - juniors. Junior girls up to size 15 and XL tops. Women's Clothing will NOT be accepted. Boys sizes up to 32 waist and men's medium shirts. **ALL JUNIORS CLOTHING MUST LOOK YOUTHFUL. Our shoppers are boys who have young men bodies and girls who have young ladies bodies.
YES! We allow ONE guest per Pre-Sale ticket/pass.
We suggest you set the price at 20-30% of the retail value. We have an abundance of clothing items, so they must be priced competitively in order to sell. Baby Equipment, Furniture and Large Indoor/Outdoor Toys usually sell for more and are in high demand. We suggest you price these items closer to 40% of the retail value. Bring your items with the barcode labels already placed on the tags. You will also need to bring your printed inventory sheet with you. You can login to your consignor account and print this file.
NO, please do not use wire hangers. Clothes DO NOT stay on wire hangers during our busy shopping time and your items will not be purchased if they are on the floor. **Use childrens plastic hangers for sizes 8 and below. Use larger plastic hangers for sizes 10 and above. You can use any plastic hanger you have received from a store (like Old Navy or Target) No wire hangers, please!
Place items in a ziploc bag and then seal the ziploc with clear packing tape. This is important!
First, be sure to affix the barcode label to the string tag; do not stick it directly onto the item or the bag. Then attach the string tag to the item and tag inside the bag. Make sure the tag is visible.
The minimum price that you can enter an item for is $4.
If it meets our "excellence quality" standards, then group it together with one or two more like items. Pin them together on a hanger, or group them in a ziploc bag and put one price for the entire group.
Wrinkled clothes do not sell! Please do what is necessary to make your clothes look clean and nice. Remember, the better they look, the better they sell!
Yes, you may enter additional batches until midnight before the last Check In day. Consignors are charged the consignor fee of $12.50 only one time (per consignor number).
Yes. Most of the furniture displayed in the Furniture Nook is sold in the first two days of our events. Contact Lynzie about bringing larger furniture items and read more about what items are not accepted before listing furniture for the sale.
We will NOT accept any cribs manufactured before Dec 31, 2010. For cribs manufactured between Dec 31, 2010, and June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have a certificate of compliance and have not been recalled. For cribs manufactured after June 28, 2011, we can accept them if they have not been recalled.
